What we collect
When you request an assessment, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional institution, project details, deadline, budget range and consent. We also record limited first-party analytics such as pages viewed, buttons used, general device category, referral source and campaign parameters.
Why we collect it
We use this information to understand your request, respond through WhatsApp, prepare an appropriate scope and quotation, improve the website, and protect the form from misuse.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising trackers, create browser fingerprints, retain raw IP addresses for analytics, or sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Information is stored in a private database hosted by Hostinger. Lead and analytics records are retained for up to 12 months unless they are needed for an active service relationship or must be kept for legal purposes.
